Voice Commands for Add New Admission

This page explains only the voice commands used while entering a new Admission record. It is intended as a practical user guide so the operator knows what to say, when to say it, and what the system will do.

How to Use Voice Entry

Speak the value for the current field, then use voice commands to move through the form.

1

Start Add New

Open a new Admission record in the normal way.

2

Speak the Value

Say the value required in the currently active field.

3

Say “Tab”

Move to the next Admission field.

4

Continue and Save

Complete the remaining fields and say “Save” when finished.

If one phrase is not recognized, try another supported phrase for the same action. Several alternative voice phrases are accepted because speech recognition may hear the same word differently.
